Choose a recipe you have never made before

The night before your anniversary, go to bed in the new lingerie and comfy cotton pajamas under the clean cotton sheets.

Don't set an alarm. Sleep in together lingeries. If you wake up first, just lay and cuddle your spouse until she wakes up. When you are both awake, look in each others' eyes and say good morning.

Plan on spending most of the day at home.

Watch your wedding video together and look at wedding albums. Reread the guest book notes. Reminisce about the time you were dating, the wedding and the first year of your marriage.

Spend the rest of the day cuddled up in your pajamas watching movies and eating snacks together.

Choose a recipe you have never made before. Go to the grocery store together and shop for the ingredients. Pick up a bottle of wine as well.

Share the meal together in your own dining room and fill the room with candlelight.

Go for an evening or late night walk around your neighborhood together and dream about the future.

Consider buying at transgender or transvestite undergarment and clothing stores as they offer a wider selection of style options. For example, Contessa's Closet offers fashion bras and clothing made specifically for transitioning/pre-op and post-op transgendered women.

Ask for advice or assistance, depending on your situation, from those around you or those sharing a similar experience--women, family or friends, store associates, coaches or teammates, transvestites, transitioned women or your physician. This may seem like a common sense tip, but many men often believe that they are "on their own" when it comes to selecting bras or chest binders. These opinions can serve as "emotional support" to help make getting a bra or chest support an easier task.
