tape across your chest under your breasts

Look for strapless bras with long straps so the bra can hook lower. Wear these bras with tops with low backs. The long strap goes across the upper belly and holds the back of the bra lower on the back.

Consider adhesive bras. These cheap sexy lingerie stay in place with a skin-friendly adhesive. They provide some support and may create cleavage. Adhesive bras are great for backless tops. Some adhesive strapless bras can be reused, others can't. If you're large-chested, adhesive bras may not provide you with the support you need. In addition, many people complain adhesive bras either don't stay in place or that they're painful to remove from the skin.

Get fitted when trying on strapless bras to make sure your bra is the correct size. Many experts think strapless bras either need to be a cup size smaller or a back size smaller. This can prevent the bra from slipping down and ending up around your waist.

Take your measurements with a soft measuring tape to find your size. Wrap the tape across your chest under your breasts, around your back and under your armpits to get the band size; if it's an odd number, round up by an inch. To determine your cup size, wrap the tape around your back and over the largest part of your breasts. Subtract the band size from this new measurement to get your cup size -- every inch will be one cup size. For instance, with a band size of 34 inches and a cup size of 36 inches, you wear a B cup.

Try on several different bra styles until you find one that is comfortable, supportive and complimentary to your shape. If the straps feel tight, the bra is not providing enough support. Check the sides to see if your breasts are fully contained in the bra, and be sure the underwire sits comfortably underneath your breasts and against your rib cage.sexy lingerie store
